The Yoga Society of San Francisco was founded in 1972 by Shri Brahmananda Sarasvati to provide an environment which develops, fosters and promotes the experience of Oneness (I-AM) through various physical, mental, intellectual, spiritual and healing disciplines. Our goal to promote self-analysis, analyze and discover principles of good health, mental and spiritual happiness, discover the causes of disunity and disharmony and to promote, encourage and establish unity and harmony.

We are a non-profit organization that depends on the generous support of our friends and members to continue our work, maintain our infrastructure and expand our facilities. The Yoga Society of San Francisco, Inc., is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit tax-exempt organization. Your gift is tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law.
