Meditation on OM

Join us for an intense Meditation workshop where Marcelo will take us on a journey to develop and nurture the skills to overcome anything and everything by simply going inwardly and getting to know your Innermost Self. The workshop will help us come to know and understand what OM (AUM) is all about and how it has always been with us and most importantly how accessible it is.   

More about the instructor – Marcelo began teaching yoga in 2001 and has always emphasized meditation, yoga psychology, and Self-knowledge as principle tools for personal transformation and healing. Marcelo`s intense Yoga Scriptures study was with Dr. Ram K. Sharma and the Yoga Society Sanskrit faculty. Marcelo is an active member of the Yoga Society of San Francisco, and a board of director’s member. Marcelo embraces Shri Brahmananda Sarasvati as his Guru and his teachings reflect that Divine connection.
