Breathing and Meditation, Handling fear and stress with more space and energy.
(With little change we will do this class until another notice on line)
In this class, we will practice some gentle movements (Neck eyes etc in sitting position) to open our body and stimulate our Breathings followed by deep relaxation and simple breathing practices and Meditation (resting on Stillness, Silence and Spaciopusness)
Monday, 6pm-7.15pm (starting from March 16 to …..)
