The Inner Alchemy of Attraction is a workshop designed to access the subconscious program inside of you that is creating what you want in the outer world. Through the use of the tools of NLP, Qigong and Yoga, we will bring to the surface what is holding you back. You will move through stuck emotion and past blockage in order to bring you into full alignment with your goals and vision for the future. This is a workshop that will change how you interact with your life & redefine what you create for your future.
Safyra specializes in trauma release for women, in the belief that when stuck energy leaves the body, a person will naturally line up with who they are. She has been training in the healing arts since age 19 after a dance injury in New York left her in the hands of a holistic Thai Massage practitioner. She has spent over a decade researching the mind, body and energetic connection. She is trained in Neuro-Linguistic Programming and Trauma Release Breathwork which she uses in tandem with her Hypnosis or Clairvoyant work. She was trained at the Hypnosis Motivation Institute in Los Angeles to do clinical hypnotherapy sessions. Prior to that she underwent an extensive Clairvoyance Training Program at Psychic Horizons in San Francisco, CA where she garnered the title Licensed Spiritual Councilor or Minister in the state of California.
Esoterra Fitness was Safyra’s first business which bridged the gap between mind and body. The training programs were designed for women to use yoga and qigong exercises to move their mental energy down into the earth. Negative emotions such as fear, anxiety or shame were targeted through her programs to be moved out of the body through a specialized fitness and breathwork program.
Safyra has spent the last 3 years building a following of women in the Middle East. She has led retreats in their home cities and been successful in getting a few to leave their home country to do detox retreats in Thailand. She teaches yoga, energy work and dance in the Middle East. The challenges faced in that area of the world have proven to her time and again that these tools work.
