~ Rest, Relax, Reflect and Renew, as Sun is coming to its full potential
~ Explore what is essential and potential in you that wants to manifest, evolve and awaken
~ Meditate to get a glimpse and insight of why are you here, what is your calling, who you are becoming?
In this 4 – 5 hr short retreat we will explore and cultivate more understanding of:
~ Chakras as transformers to convert Cosmic Energy into a reduced voltage that can be used by organs for healing and growth
~ How Chakras help us to navigate our evolutionary process
~ How to integrate, open and activate energy centers, freeing yourself from the ego trap
~ How to awaken healing and renewing energies to release blockages in your Chakras
~ Balance, integrate and transcend into higher stages of your development

Using the power of breath, deep relaxation, visualization, and meditation, we will explore the nature and origin of stress. We will discover how stress affects our life force and hence wellness, how to reduce it, and how to develop resilience to cope with stress. These strategies will allow us to create more spaciousness, energy, strength, and flexibility in our bodies, hearts, and minds.
In addition to discussing the above topics, we will practice:
~ Very simple, slow movements to open and release tension in the body
~ Various types of deep breathing exercises
~ Relaxation techniques
~ Guided visualizations and meditations
