This retreat offers an ideal way to unplug from routine and responsibilities in order to develop a mindfulness practice that you can take home and integrate into your life. Programs are individually designed for the purposes of lifestyle changes, stress reduction, detoxification/purification or other personal goals. Knowledgeable and compassionate guides offer a practical approach to meditation, yoga, breathwork and healthy eating that anyone, regardless of age or experience, can benefit from. Participants will be empowered through different practices, self-study and community support. This retreat offers an authentic and personal approach to addressing most aspects of health, wellness, and mindfulness.

Personal meditation and mindfulness retreat is tailored form the following:

  • Morning and evening group meditations accompanied by agnihotra fire ceremonies
  • Meditation technique classes
  • Integral life coaching sessions
  • Breathwork sessions
  • Contemplation and journaling times
  • Hatha yoga classes
  • 5 a.m. Pranayama classes (optional)
  • Healthy vegetarian breakfast, lunch, and dinner

Price: $150 per person per day Add: $75 for single occupancy $50 for double occupancy $35 for dormitory, where dividers separate private spaces You can do a personal one-day retreat or stay 1 to 6 nights at a time.
