Evolutionary Breathwork

Just as the impurities of metals, such as gold, silver, etc. are destroyed by heating them in fire, similarly, mental and physical diseases and other defects of the body, the mind, and the senses are burned by the fire of Pranayama, and their purity is achieved by the performance of breathing exercises. Just as vacuum cleaner removes all kinds of dirt from the house, so the suction machine of breathing exercises sucks up all defects from the body, senses, and mind, and removes them through expiration, perspiration, and other excretory channels

What is Breathwork?

Breathwork (breath therapy) is a way to release dysfunctional patterns like fear, anxiety, and worry, and live a creative and harmonious life by breathing correctly and consciously.

Breathwork is a way to create vitality, focus, peace, and unity.

Everybody has to breathe to survive in the physical plane. But by breathing consciously and correctly we use the hidden potential in the breath to create physical, mental, and spiritual wellbeing. This kind of breathing is both an art form and a science. It needs continuous practice and some effort, but this effort is more like effortless effort, it is not controlled or forced.

  • Increases blood circulation and releases toxins and blockages
  • Reduces stress and creates a more relaxed and peaceful state of mind

Hamsa Integral Breathwork is one of the powerful processes to nourish our whole life that uses the breath to explore, heal and integrate the multidimensional aspects of the human psyche. Based on ancient Eastern disciplines as well as modern Western methods, this integral holistic modality uses breathing techniques to create more energy, vitality, peace, and awakening. Breath is a wonderful bridge to connect the entire inner and outer separation of human life into a unified whole. This simple way of nurturing whole life is a powerful modality with the ability to explore, release, expand and unify.

This advanced studies and training is a year-long program for activating Presence, Peace and Wellness!

In this study/training  you will learn:

~The APPLICATION and VALUE of correct and conscious Breathwork for wellness and awakening

~The PHYSICAL, PSYCHOLOGICAL and SPIRITUAL dimensions of Breathwork How to IDENTIFY “breathing patterns” and how to CORRECT them

~How to GUIDE and EMPOWER others to live a HARMONIOUS and CREATIVE life, without trying to “fix” anything

Techniques such as conscious connected breathwork, Kriya yoga, psycho synthesis, visualization, Deep relaxation (Yoga Nidra) and integral meditation are used synergistically during the process to achieve deep and profound results.

This 200 Hrs. training consists 3 levels:

• Level 1 (3 weeks plan)
• Level 2 (12 weeks Plan )

THIS 21-day PROCESS and facilitator training   IS FOR YOU IF YOU:

~find yourself breathing shallowly or otherwise

~find yourself spacing out and not breathing or forgetting to breathe at times

~ are often tired and find it difficult to focus,  wake up every day with low energy, lethargic, fuggy headed.

~often feel that you don’t have energy, confidence and enthusiasm to live life and that it is hard to handle challenge of day to day life
~you find yourself holding breath to hide your feeling, breathing mostly from mouth, hard to breathe and relax
~  feel you do not like your body, disassociated with your emotions and disconnected with life you are given

how to lead sessions, complete 10 sessions, do 3-ten sessions for the clients….

Certification is awarded after:

~ Completing Level 1, Level 2, and 10 Sessions of Breathwork from a certified Breathwork facilitator.

~Facilitating 10 Breathwork sessions for 3 clients, under the guidance of a certified teacher.

 ~ Submitting report of client’s progress,

~Writing and presenting a journal of personal progress

~Assisting in classroom settings with a certified Breathwork Facilitator
