In this workshop

we will dialogue and practice

~How stress, trauma conditioning, negative experience, and perspectives block our energy system
~How to Open inner space, reduce, release and integrate the blockages
~How to create space and energy

• How to embody our bodies to tune into that infinite healing wisdom that is within.
• how to connect back with our Life Force to empower our lives and align with our truest purpose.
  ~How to move the energy freely and intentionally in the direction that can be used, to cultivate wellness and fulfilled life!

– Tuning in with Healing Sound/mantra
~Opening space and cultivation energy Breathwork
~Spinal Breathing
~Therapeutic Breathwork (Conscious Connected Breathwork-Rebirthing Way
~Energy Medicine movement meditation
-Awakening the dancing warrior (BioDanza practice)
– Practice “Phoenix Rising” a movement medicine practice to connect with that Life Force within.
~ Shamanic (with Guided drum) Journey to re-establish our connection to the Healer within.

Paola Fejes.
A Holistic Mental Health Counselor, a Ceremonialist, a Curandera and a
Yogini. Her career evolved from the traditional practice in clinical settings to a work where she shares these techniques in healing circles and workshops (in-person and online). The techniques she shares in her work include BioDanza
(therapeutic dance), Kundalini Yoga (Raviana), Sound therapy, Mantras, Breathing and Meditation coaching, Ceremonial Cacao, shamanic recapitulation, quantum
energy work, and self-healing among others. Thus weaving
creative transformational processes and the creation of new habits, to
resonate with a natural and pranic lifestyle, where it is possible to connect with our inner light and inner creativity.
