Chakra Aligning Soundbath & Tea Ceremony

Detox and let go of the tension you’ve collected in your physical, emotional, spiritual, and energetic body.

Sunday, Dec. 4th and Thursday 15th, 8.30pm-9.30 pm

Get cozy and restore the body with an evening of relaxation and detoxification. In the beginning, we will prepare, meditate, conversate, and splurge into the warmth and healing of a special detox tea in promoting our relaxation before, during, and after the sound bath.
Sound Baths are known to promote not only physical and emotional health but as well as promoting deep sleep, which then allows the entire nervous system to relax and restore through sound and organ cleansing tea. Our soundbath on this evening will include 7 different individual Chakra Crystal bowls, with each bowl attuning to the similar frequencies of each chakra. Whenever the physical, emotional, and energetic body receives vibrations to the chakra system through pure crystal healing bowls, the chakra system is brought to a more balanced and harmonized state. Thus promoting your wellness and well-being in ways like an improvement in mood, sleep, digestion, and much more. After balancing, cleansing, and bringing harmony to our chakra system through the crystal bowls, we will be washed with a gong bath towards the end. Expect to feel rejuvenated and fully rested afterward.
Please arrive on time in order to be part of the attendee-engaging tea ceremony at the beginning of the event. I understand unexpected things in life happen, so you will not be turned away if you arrive late, but we will continue the ceremony and sound bath as scheduled.

About the healer:
Maryzelle’s first love was the drums and from then on, she had been in numerous bands as a drummer and has toured throughout the country as a rock & roll, psychedelic, and ambient musician. She studied percussion, audio engineering, and sound therapy at Mills college. While studying music in college, she also received her 200 HR training as a yoga teacher and has worked for hands-on as the college’s yoga assistant. From there, she truly bloomed into her love of healing through music and movement. Along with banging the drums and evolving spiritually, she tapped into her divine goddess mission in sound therapy. Over the past couple of years, she has been hosting and creating soundbaths with crystal quartz bowls, Tibetan bowls, electric guitar, African drums, gongs, electronics, bells, divinity, and love.
