As we enter into Winter, nature rests on the shadows and silence of Winter to enjoy a state of renewal and repose. We too are invited to enter into quietness into a darkness from which and in which we can see the light and bring – a ray of love full in our hearts along with the wisdom of awareness in our Consciousness
This exploration of darkness and light with breathing can be a wonderful journey to embrace the mystery. Join us on this precious day to explore the Journey with Rebirthing Breathwork.

In order to attend in person, you need to be fully vaccinated or have a negative Covid test done within 72 hrs. In-person attendance is limited to only 5 people.
