Using the power of breath, deep relaxation, and visualization,, we will explore the nature and origin of stress and suffering. We will discover how to reduce them, and how to develop resilience and Presence in the midst of Chaos. These strategies will allow us to create more space, energy, strength, and flexibility in our bodies, hearts, and minds.
we will practice
~ very simple, slow movements to open and release tightness in the body
~ Some Breathwork like Belly Breathing, lengthening exhalations, spinal breathing, and full body breathing) to overcome breath-holding patterns, hyperventilation that creates anxiety and stress
– Deep relaxation techniques (Yoga Nidra)
~Conscious connected breath and Healing meditation
